AVIAN BREEZE, Nuwara Eliya – A Smart Stay in the City

I was disappointed with the availability of rooms for the price I paid, and the staff's rudeness led us to walk out and forfeit our $95 deposit. However, the room itself was large and comfortable with 2 double beds, which was a plus.

The hotel offers spacious, clean rooms with a very good view of the hills, but struggled to heat up during the cold nights. The staff was helpful and friendly, although lacking interest in guests. The location, about 5 km outside Nuwara Eliya, provides a basic facility with spacious rooms but lacks amenities nearby. The dining experience varied from delicious meals to simple, limited options. Overall, the hotel offers a mixed experience with positives and negatives.

The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms, although in a new annex, were very basic for the price, but thankfully clean and comfortable. However, the rude staff made us walk out, resulting in forgoing our $95 deposit. The cold shower experience was not something we wanted to brave.

The hotel may not be at the top of the list due to its run-down location outside Nuwara Eliya with no amenities nearby, but the rooms were clean, a good size for our group of three, and cozy. The dining experience, however, left much to be desired with very limited options, and the facility should offer more to enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is set on a hill with fabulous views from the gardens, offering spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and caring, with the manager going the extra mile to ensure guests' satisfaction. Despite the creaky wooden floors, the overall experience is charming and worth the visit.
